The UNF Student Affiliate Chapter of the American Chemical Society is comprised of students interested in the Chemical Sciences. Members are from a diversity of majors, backgrounds, and academic experiences - all potential members are welcome. During the Academic Year, general members' meeting are held bimonthly as a forum for discussion, meeting with speakers in the local and national chemistry industry and academia, as well as to engage in various service projects throughout the year. Our Annual highlight is participation in the Annual Chemistry Explorathon held at the Jacksonville Museum of Science and History, in which we conduct demonstrations and experiments for local school children, teacher, and the community.
